Customer dials the 800 access number printed on the back of the phone card
When prompted, enters their PIN number
Customer hears a greeting about your survey
Each question is announced and the customer gives their answer choice by entering the appropiate number on their telephone key pad.
Customer is thanked for completing the survey, informed that their phone card is now activated for calling and then prompted to enter their destination number.
As customers complete surveys, you can review the results at a secure website in real time.
